Retaining its academic autonomy, it fully respects the constitutionally secured right to everyone for a free education. The Faculty of Geology and Geo-Environment covers the field of Geosciences and is hosted, together with the Faculties of Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, Biology, IT and History and Philosophy of Science, at the School of Sciences of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens. It provides Undergraduate, Postgraduate and Doctoral Programs and counts 50 years of operation and social contribution, while having in its assets remarkable action in the fields of research and innovation.
